Skoah Hopeful Hand Gala 2011
What: Skoah Hopeful Hand Gala
Where: Skoah Yaletown
When: May 26, 2011
With facials and high-end skincare, Skoah makes fresh the faces of Vancouver, Calgary, and Boston. Founder Andrea Scott decided to create a charity to support the parents of ill and terminally ill kids at BC Children's Hospital Foundation and Alberta Children's Hospital. The Hopeful Hand programme contributes by donating facials, as well as 100 per cent of the proceeds of Hopeful Hand lotions.
On the May 26th, Skoah opened its swanky Yaletown location with a Mad Men-style cocktail party, with revellers in red lipstick, silk stockings and curled hair. Six of Vancouver's top restaurants set up shop in Skoah's treatment rooms, dispensing delectations to Betty and Don Drapers of Vancouver.
Join us in putting our (beautifully exfoliated) hands together for the fine work Skoah is doing.
