Nettwerk Music CEO Terry McBride on imagination in business and cultivating wrongness.

It was a wide-ranging and thoughtful keynote that capped off the 2009 Best Companies to Work for in B.C. gala, held November 25th at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel in Vancouver. After being introduced by Peter Legge, the  publisher of BCBusiness, McBride shared his ideas around recapturing lost creativity – both in life and in business. The crucial quantities in that pursuit, he said, are imagination and "being wrong."

Great concept.... hits home today especially as I am spending time with my 3 year old niece and feeling more inspired than I do around people who know how to do everything "right." :)
