Your corporate culture can’t be that stuffy when the company CEO comes to work in a superhero outfit. 1-800-Got-Junk employees are kept on task by a pint-size Grizzly, the president’s ginger coloured Shiba Inu, who would roam the halls – if there were any. The open-concept floor plan has all levels of staff rubbing elbows with the president, COO and CEO, neatly embodying the importance of the team environment.

“We have a morning huddle that happens every day at 10:55. Basically, everybody gets together and goes through successes and challenges,” says recruiter Craig Kacso. “We definitely promote a work/life/stress balance.”
