AG Hair’s founders were winners in our 2008 Entrepreneur of the Year (in the B2B Products and Services category), and the company was lauded again by employees for that very entrepreneurialism. AG, which supplies 44 different hair care products to more than 10,000 salons, reflects the environmental sensibilities of employees with an Action Green Team, whose focus is to promote green strategies. They also add some fun to dry AGMs: each June AG holds a softball tournament, with individual departments presenting a “Coach’s Corner” outlining their plans for the upcoming fiscal between games.
