It is the biggest BCBusiness event of the autumn: the annual Best Companies to Work for in B.C. gala, where, between sips of wine and bites of delicious chicken and artisanal bread, the best employers in the province get together to celebrate their ideals.

What are those ideals? Oh, only the sacred quartet: Leadership, corporate culture, talent, and employee engagement.

A hearty congratulations to all of the 2010 Best Companies winners, particularly the small digital services firm Strangeloop Networks, which took home first prize for the second consecutive year.
