The Convention Centre crackled with excitement as attendees waited to see who would be named the 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year. The room was chock-a-block with Vancouver's business elite – and they were treated to an exceptionally well-produced show. One highlight: a speech by Premier Gordon Campbell, who introduced his friend (and this year's Lifetime Achievement Award recipient) Peter Brown.
The event celebrated exceptional leaders whose businesses have influenced the way we live, the products and services we depend on, and the economic vibrancy of our local communities and global markets.
